• HP's Z6100 is their latest wide format 8 colour print technology (2400 x 1200 dpi) with HP's UV Resistant Vivera pigment ink.  This is the highest quality printer of its type in the world. The HP Z6100 is ideal for fine art prints and posters.
• Roland SJ-645 is a 1.6m wide large format printer (1440 dpi). This machine has extremely low running costs and is ideal for low cost print runs.

The Agfa Anapurna is a 1.6m wide flatbed printer capable of printing directly onto boards and almost anything else with photographic quality.  Key benefits are:

When combined with our new i-XL 24 Flatbed Cutter we are able to print and cut boards to shape or even create 3D displays.

The Roland SJ-645 large format printer (1440 dpi). The main benefits are:

• Ability to print up to 1.5m wide by any length.
• Extremely low running costs making it ideal for low cost promotional printing.
• We have optimised the SJ-645 to print on semi-gloss synthetic paper.  This material is tear resistant and water resistant.

HP's latest wide format 8 colour print technology (2400 x 1200 dpi) with HP's UV Resistant Vivera Pigment Ink.  Main benefits:

• This is the highest quality printer of its type in the world with true photo quality
• Print with up to 1500mm wide by any length.
• Grey inks provide for smooth grey tones and perfect B & W prints.
• HP's Vivera Pigment Inks are UV Resistant and provide the brightest colour gamut of any pigment ink.

By placing a clear protective film over prints, signs and all types of graphics we decrease the potential for damage to a large degree. This process protects against buffing, scratching, general wear and tear and most cleaning agents. There are many different types of laminate ranging from short term [up to 12 months] to long term vehicle laminate [5 years]. There is also an Anti-Graffiti grade. There are UV inhibitors of different strength in each grade of laminate. With lamination you also increase the life of your signage. At Poster World we offer single sided lamination and encapsulated/double sided. An offshoot of the lamination process is that it makes prints more rigid.

Lamination is suitable for:

• Outdoor signage that is at ground level and in the general public’s route.
• Vehicle Graphics/Signwriting.
• Outdoor prints that require increased UV Resistance.  Up to 4 years with 3M vinyl and matching laminate.
• Double sided lamination adds rigidity and strength to prints. This is ideally suited to plans/ tech drawings, etc.

The Insta 138 is an industrial heat press.  We use the Insta for the following:

• Cutting transfer material in one colour.  We then press this onto shirts, etc.  We did the Black Caps shirts using this process.  The material is extremely thin and natural feeling, as well being long life
• Print and cut transfer material for multi-colour or photographic images.  The images are then pressed onto shirts, etc.  Great quality.  We produced the shirts for the LA Galaxy's recent soccer match in Auckland.
